Little Harts Return Policy

At Little Harts, we take great care in crafting timeless, high-quality pieces for your little ones. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with a return or exchange.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns for store credit only within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
  • Personalized or monogrammed items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Sale items, seasonal/holiday collections, and gift cards are also final sale.
  • Exchanges are subject to item availability. If the desired item is unavailable, store credit will be issued.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email hello@shoplittleharts.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
  4. Once received and inspected, store credit will be issued within 7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at hello@shoplittleharts.com within 4 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will make it right.

  • Orders are processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Standard shipping typically takes 7 business days after processing.
  • Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

  • Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
  • Free shipping may be available on orders over $75 (if applicable).

Personalized & Pre-Order Items

  • Monogrammed and custom items require an additional processing time of 14 business days before shipping.
  • Pre-order items will ship according to the estimated timeline provided in the product description.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

  • Little Harts is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • If your package is lost or stolen, please file a claim with the carrier. We will do our best to assist you, but we cannot replace lost packages.
  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout, as we cannot make changes once an order has been placed.
